What is HVE SPECFLEX™ Acoustical Foam Systems C?
A fully formulated system for producing visco elastic polyurethane foams that offers the best-in-class reduction of resonance peak height at all frequencies, excellent ultra-low emission interiors test, fast curing, and excellent flowability with wide process latitude.
Uses
- All-MDI based system designed for the production of high damping viscoelastic (VE) flexible molded foams
- The reaction of the two components produces foams which offer a good flowability in molds with a complex shape
- Good physical-mechanical properties
- Adhesion to supports (e.g., in-mold inserts, such as metallic inserts or polymeric ones)
