One-Part RTV
One-part silicone RTV moisture curing adhesives are designed for easy application, without the need for mixing or elevated cure temperatures. These adhesives cure upon exposure to moisture in the air, forming strong, durable bonds to a wide range of material types. These products are an excellent choice when excellent durability is required with an easy to dispense and use product. One-part RTV are found in a wide range of applications, from underhood severe service automotive applications to appliance sealing and aerospace applications.

Two-Part RTV
Two-part RTV moisture cure silicone adhesives are designed for rapid room temperature cure. These products allow faster in-line processing and increased production throughput with faster time-to-handle parts after assembly. Two-part RTV are a great choice for bonding applications where ultimate cure speed is desired and can be used in combination with meter-mix equipment.

One-part, black, heat cure, high strength, self-priming, contains UV indicator, non-flowing version of 3-6611. Suitable for use in automotive and industrial assembly areas including sealing lids and housings, attaching base plates gasket, and connector sealing.
DOWSIL™ 3-1598 HP Adhesive
One-part, black, flowable adhesive with high tensile strength.

Two-Part Heat Cure

Hot Melt
Providing primerless adhesion to glass, plastics, metals and many difficult to adhere surfaces. These adhesives are heated, applied as a viscous liquid, and cool to provide instant adhesion in a solid, viscoelastic material with enhanced physical properties when they react with ambient moisture. Silicone hot melt adhesives are good options for fast and efficient assembly of ADAS units and interior electronics where speed of assembly and instant adhesion is desired.
