Dow's next-generation silicone-based adhesives and sealants are designed to offer increased reliability and superior bonding for a variety of applications. These products play a crucial role in protecting sensitive electronics, lighting components, and modules from environmental stress and moisture.
One-Part RTV
One-part silicone RTV moisture curing adhesives are designed for easy application, without the need for mixing or elevated cure temperatures. These adhesives cure upon exposure to moisture in the air, forming strong, durable bonds to a wide range of material types. These products are an excellent choice when excellent durability is required with an easy to dispense and use product. One-part RTV are found in a wide range of applications, from underhood severe service automotive applications to appliance sealing and aerospace applications.

Dow's high performance, neutral cure silicone adhesive/sealant - designed for applications which demand a strong but flexible bond.

Two-Part RTV
Two-part RTV moisture cure silicone adhesives are designed for rapid room temperature cure. These products allow faster in-line processing and increased production throughput with faster time-to-handle parts after assembly. Two-part RTV are a great choice for bonding applications where ultimate cure speed is desired and can be used in combination with meter-mix equipment.

One-Part Heat Cure
One-part heat cure silicone adhesives are designed to provide rapid cure rates without mixing. These adhesives cure quickly when exposed to heat, making them ideal for applications where immediate pressure and leak testing is required, increasing production throughput hand handling, while delivering reliable adhesion.

DOWSIL™ 3-6265 Thixotropic Adhesive
One-part, black, heat cure, high strength, self-priming, contains UV indicator, non-flowing version of 3-6611. Suitable for use in automotive and industrial assembly areas including sealing lids and housings, attaching base plates gasket, and connector sealing.
DOWSIL™ 3-1598 HP Adhesive
One-part, black, flowable adhesive with high tensile strength.
DOWSIL™ EA-7300 Adhesive
A one-part, thixotropic non-flowing adhesive used in a variety of automotive electronic applications such as control units, modules, sensors, and ADAS devices including under hood applications.
Two-Part Heat Cure
Two-part heat cure silicone adhesives are designed for high-performance bonding and sealing applications, offering excellent thermal stability and durability. These adhesives can cure rapidly when exposed to heat, with some offering room temperature cure options, making them flexible and ideal for use in demanding environments where quick and reliable adhesion is required and component mixing can be handled.

Hot Melt
Providing primerless adhesion to glass, plastics, metals and many difficult to adhere surfaces. These adhesives are heated, applied as a viscous liquid, and cool to provide instant adhesion in a solid, viscoelastic material with enhanced physical properties when they react with ambient moisture. Silicone hot melt adhesives are good options for fast and efficient assembly of ADAS units and interior electronics where speed of assembly and instant adhesion is desired.

This reactive silicone Quick in Connect (QiC) adhesive utilizes silicone technology to achieve instant green strength when dispensed and cures to strong moisture-cured silicone adhesive.
Foams/Gaskets
Cost-effective alternatives to preformed gaskets and foam tapes when sealing high-tolerance gaps, these foams help reduce waste and expedite production while protecting against ambient air, moisture, dust, vapor, vibration, heat and more. Cure-in-place gaskets are excellent compression seals which provide durable, long lasting environmental seals while maintaining serviceability during manufacturing or the device use phase.
