What is WALOCEL™ Xtra 60-30 Cellulose Ether?
A modified hydroxyethyl methyl cellulose (HEMC) with designed morphology. This product was developed for use in gypsum spray plasters. It is based on morphology-controlled production technology. Dow’s WALOCEL™ cellulose ether products are manufactured using cellulose from wood or cotton linter, resulting in an inherently bio-based additive with approximately over 78% bio-based carbon content.
