What is VORAFORCE™ TJ 1854 Polyol?
Used in combination with VORAFORCE™ TJ 1804 Isocyanate it delivers a two components polyurethane system suitable for molding self-releasing structural parts with densities in the range of 950 – 1050 g/l and thickness ranging from 3 to 12 mm. The system delivers a material with high impact and temperature resistance. It is designed to be processed with RIM technology by high pressure metering machines, providing fast extraction times (< 90 seconds). Addition of suitable flame-retardant additives (Ammonium Polyphosphate) allows fire resistance according to UL 94 V0 and standard.
