What is UCARFINE™ DCA-20 Antifoam?
A high-performance, silicone-based antifoam specifically designed for the oil refining delayed coker unit operation. It is exceptionally effective in controlling foam stabilized by suspended solids and surfactant-behaving components such as resins, paraffins and asphaltenes that are present in the delayed coking process. UCARFINE™ DCA-20 Antifoam has high thermal stability and specifically reduces silica carryover. Refineries can greatly improve operational reliability with UCARFINE™ DCA-20 Antifoam by reducing dosage and silica carryover therefore reducing catalyst poisoning.
