What is RHOBARR™ 214ER Emulsion?
Acrylic Barrier Coating Emulsion for thin paper, board, and thermal paper coating applications. RHOBARR™ 214ER provides mineral oil, and oil and grease barrier, combined with heat sealability performance for paper and board applications. It additionally offers plasticizer resistance for thermal paper applications and can be applied by most common aqueous coating or printing methods. This product provides good runability during processing. If used correctly this material does not hinder repulping.
