What is RENUVA™ FF 60 Polyol?
A polyol made from end-of-life polyurethane foam mattresses and contains chemically recycled material from Dow’s Renuva™ mattress recycling program in the range of 40 to 45 weight percentage*. RENUVA™ FF 60 helps enable circularity of the polyurethane foam industry. *LCA specific to RENUVA™ model and process as implemented at Semoy, France. LCA is frame by ISO standards 14040 AND 14044 verified by third party quantis.
Uses
- Used in the manufacture of standard and viscoelastic flexible polyurethane foams
- Can produce a wide range of foam grades from low to high density
- More sustainable solution for polyurethane foam with improved carbon footprint compared to standard polyols based on fossil fuels
- Replacement factors up to 30%
