What is PRIMAL™ PR-73 Emulsion?

Based on AVANSE™ Technology has been developed for primers and sealers that are applied over relatively fresh concrete once the surface water has evaporated. Offers excellent scrub resistance, early chalking resistance and hiding. Primers based on this product have excellent adhesion to concrete and masonry surfaces with excellent efflorescence and alkali resistance.
