What is MAINCOTE™ AEH-20 Acrylic Epoxy Hybrid?

Novel acrylic epoxy hybrid emulsion. It is designed for 2 pack ambient-cure coatings (with a waterborne amine-based curing agent). Paints formulated on MAINCOTETM AEH-20 Acrylic-Epoxy Hybrid Resin offer excellent anti-corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance and hardness, which can be close to traditional 2 pack waterborne epoxy/amine thermo-set coatings. It also facilitates the formulation of waterborne floor coatings. Coatings formulated with MAINCOTETM AEH-20 Acrylic-Epoxy Hybrid Resin offer improved indoor and outdoor durability, gloss retention, yellowing resistance and fade resistance compared to traditional 2 pack waterborne epoxy systems.
