What is ISONATE™ OP 50GA Pure MDI?
A clear to light yellow liquid monomeric diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) with high 2,4’-isomer content and a functionality of 2.0. This product is delivered as an antioxidant free, non stabilised version. It is a solvent free liquid of low viscosity at temperatures above 20 ºC, but crystallises at lower temperature.
Uses
- Used in applications where the combination of low functionality and high 2,4'-isomer content is required such as formulation and manufacturing of pre-polymers used in one and/or two component adhesives, coatings, sealant and specialty elastomers
