What is DOWSIL™ TC-4040 Dispensable Thermal Pad ?

A two part, 1:1 mix ratio, 4W/mk thermal conductivity silicone gel. It’s printable or dispensable to cure as a soft thermal gel to replace fabricated thermal pad for thermal transferring, stress relieving and shock damping. It could also be used as gap filler with reworkable performance.

Uses

Telecom power units and other industry power units that require 4W/mk thermal conductivity
Telecom equipment, e.g. base stations, optical transmission equipment, Ethernet switches/ routers
Datacom equipment, e.g. high speed solid-state disks (SSD)
