What is DOWSIL™ EP-9289 LL Cosmetic Powder?

A white cross-linked dimethyl polysiloxane elastomer powder combined with lauroyl lysine. This unique combination enables the powder to improve flow and reduce agglomeration, providing superior handling ease. The design of the powder also allows you to create innovative textures, has good compaction properties and a high sebum absorption profile. Uses

Color cosmetic: loose-, pressed- powders (eye shadow, make-up)
