What is DOWSIL™ EL-8052 DEC IH Silicone Organic Elastomer Blend?
A mixture of high molecular weight polyglycol-modified silicone elastomer in isohexadecane, featuring externally verified carbon neutrality according to PAS 2060 with carbon insets from Dow’s value chain and reduced carbon footprint. It provides dry smoothness and a silky, lubricious skin feel and improved organic compatibility versus traditional silicone elastomer gels.
