What is DOWFAX™ 81N13 Nonionic Surfactant?

Linear block copolymer EO, PO. Acts as defoam/antifoam agent. It is a low temperature foam control agent. It is used in fermentation of lactic and citric acids and some alcohols, food processing, and metal working products, including degreasing chemicals and cutting oils. Its cloud point in a 1 wt% aqueous solution is ~ 20°C.
