What is Propylene Glycol TG?
Propylene Glycol Technical Grade (PG-TG), is a high purity co-product from manufacturing of PO via the Hydrogen-Peroxide process. PG-TG is a distilled product with a purity specification of greater than 99.5%.PG-TG is a colorless, water soluble, hygroscopic liquid with a characteristic glycol odor, medium viscosity, low vapor pressure and low toxicity.
Uses
- Raw material in the production of saturated and unsaturated polyester resins
- Mining chemical, cement grinding additive, initiator in the synthesis of polyether polyols and other industrial applications
