とは PRIMAL™ HA-12S Water-Borne Binder?
An all acrylic dispersion that very efficiently plasticizes unetherified melamine and urea resins used in the manufacture of flexible finished foils for furniture or other uses. This gives a distinct balance of properties when blended with amino resins. This blend produces a finished foil with excellent flexibility and toughness, good surface appearance and good gluing/topcoating capabilities.

- Inks for towels, napkins, and wipes printed for aesthetics and branding purposes
- In end-use applications to offer resistance to grease, oil, detergents and alcohol
