工業用型剥離剤およびソリューション

効率性に優れたシリコーン剥離剤

シリコーン剥離剤は、とりわけダイカスト剥離、型剥離、タイヤ剥離、プラスチック剥離、コンクリート剥離といったソリューションで使用されています。ダウのシリコーン剥離技術を用いることで、タイヤや食品容器などの型で作られる製品のより迅速な剥離が可能となり、新聞の輪転機やコンベアベルトといったローラーを用いた用途においては滑らかさと滑りやすさをもたらします。

シリコーンが持つ主な特性の一つは、その表面張力の低さです。中でも、湿潤の臨界表面張力の低さ(つまり表面エネルギーの低さ)は特筆に値します。この特性がそのメチル基によりもたらされる低い結合力と結びついてシリコーンに優れた剥離特性を与えます。

より硬質なC-C主鎖とは異なり、シリコーンポリマーは相互作用が低く界面活性を伴うメチル基の容易な露出が可能となるので、低接着度をもたらし剥離しやすくなります。
