PRIMAL™ AS-2010EF Emulsion

Water-based emulsion polymer designed to offer excellent water whitening resistance, high level of scrub resistance, washability and alkali resistance compared with traditional acrylic co-polymers, particularly when used in high PVC paints. Contains an optimized composition which can offer good film formation at low coalescent demand. Utilizes an advanced technology which can rapidly build hardness during film formation that leads to excellent early resistance to chalking, water, hydrolysis and alkali. Designed for high performance with regard to the move to more environmentally advanced paints, such as the request to be free of formaldehyde and APEO surfactants. Suitable for flat, sheen and semigloss paints for both interior and exterior application and offers an excellent balance of cost to performance properties in higher PVC paints. Good resistance to divalent ion, and therefore can effectively prevent the clogging problem caused by poor quality paintbrushes. Compatible with a broad selection of other paint ingredients, providing the paint formulator with a wide range of raw material choice and flexibility.
