DOWSIL™ 1349 Emulsion

とは DOWSIL™ 1349 Emulsion?

A 60% actives non-ionic emulsion formulated with a polydimethylsiloxane. Because of its non-ionic nature, it can be used in a variety of systems, such as non-ionic, anionic, cationic surfactant or polymer systems without forming a complex. Extensive testing has shown that it offers good dilution stability at 20% solids.

用途

As ingredient in polishes, DOWSIL™ 1349 Emulsion is used to provide good gloss with minimum smear in both car and furniture polish formulations
Mould release of:
- Rubber or plastic parts (stoppers, screw tops, bungs, etc.)
Lubrication of:
- Extruded rubber parts; conveyor belts
Textile lubricant and fuzzing agent
Surface treatment of Titanium dioxide
