DOW™ DFNK-0012 NT Nucleating Agent Masterbatch

Masterbatch for use as a nucleating agent in gas injection applications. It is specially designed for easy incorporation into HDPE and LDPE. When used correctly, it allows the formation of small, uniformly distributed cells. The masterbatch is a 2% concentrate of an exothermic chemical blowing agent in a high pressure LDPE base resin. It should be used at 0.5-3% masterbatch concentration. The masterbatch contains a stabilizer protecting against thermal oxidation and catalytic degradation by copper.
