WALOCEL™ MT 40000 PV Cellulose Ether

This product is a hydroxyethyl methyl cellulose (HEMC). The product was developed as a rheology modifier/thickener for cement-based applications, like grouts or self leveling underlayments. Dow’s WALOCEL™ cellulose ether products are manufactured using cellulose from wood or cotton linter, resulting in an inherently bio-based additive with approximately over 78% bio-based carbon content.This product has a lower product carbon footprint version available under Decarbia™ Dow brand.
