VORATRON™ 8600 Thermal Conductive Adhesives Series

A series of 2K thermally conductive polyurethane structure adhesive designed to achieve great thermal conductivity performance and excellent bonding strength towards diverse substrates. These adhesives are process-friendly with very low squeeze force and high dispensing rate. These high-performing adhesives can be used for cell-to-module bonding and enable cell-to-pack bonding.
