PRIMAL™ AS-2010A Emulsion

Water-based polymer emulsion designed to offer excellent water whitening resistance, high level of scrub resistance, washability and alkali resistance compared with traditional acrylic co-polymers, particularly when used in high PVC paints. Optimized composition which offers good film formation at low coalescent demand. Utilizes an advanced technology which can rapidly build hardness during film formation that leads to excellent early resistance to chalking, water, hydrolysis and alkali. Designed free of added formaldehyde and APEO surfactants to facilitate the formulation of paints to address stringent environmental standards. Facilitates the formulation of flat, sheen and semi-gloss paints for both interior and exterior application and offers a balance of cost to performance properties in higher PVC paints. Offers good resistance to divalent ion, and therefore can prevent the clogging problem caused by poor quality paint brushes. Compatible with a broad selection of other paint ingredients, offering the paint formulator with a wide range of raw material choice and flexibility.
