Qué es VORALUX™ BP HK 800 Polyol?
In combination with SPECFLEX™ NE 1150E Isocyanate, it is a cold cure, fully water blown MDI polyurethane system. It is specifically designed to produce flexible polyurethane foams with application (core) densities ranging from 45 to 60 kg/m³. Thanks to the incorporation of biobased raw materials derived from vegetable oils in the polyol component, the resulting polymer contains minimum 9.8% of renewable raw materials by mass calculation. The system is suitable for the production of small and large padding parts, with or without inserts, particularly for seating applications in the furniture industry.
