VORAFORCE™ TL 1683 Polyol

VORAFORCE™ TL 1683 Polyol and VORAFORCE™ TL 1600 Isocyanate have been developed to be co-injected together with glass fiber via LFI or Interwet technology with applied density varying from 800 g/l to 1000 g/l and an amount of fiber glass content varying from 20% to 30%. This product allows to achieve fast de-molding time without compromising the high Flexural Young Modulus and Strength suitable for the transportation and construction industry. The system has an integrated release agent which, after a first pre-treatment of the mold with an external release agent, eliminates the need of external release agent during continuous production. PU composite polymer color is black.
