Qué es VERSENE™ NA Chelating Agent?
It is a partially neutralized salt of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) in a dry, white crystalline form. As a chelating agent, it chemically binds trace metals that can affect the color, flavor, clarity, and shelf life of finished products, rendering them inactive. It is utilized broadly for bioprocessing, pharmaceutical, personal care, and direct food additive applications. Country of Origin: United States of America.
