Qué es SILASTIC™ SE 6777 LSR?
A two-part, solvent-free silicone adhesive elastomer designed to enable fabrication of seam sealed airbags from silicone-coated fabric. The addition-cure system is comprised of paste-like parts A and B that when mixed and cured can be sewn through, if required.
Usos
- Sealing and reinforcing sewn airbag seams constructed from silicone-coated fabric.
- Adequate for use on silicone-coated fabrics for air-holding systems.

- Very high elongation.
- Room temperature cure.
- Sewable when cured.
- Formulated for adhesion onto most silicone coated substrates.
- Seam sealing is particularly useful for pressure retaining or non- pressure retaining airbags constructed from silicone-coated fabric.
- Optimized to deliver excellent adhesion to silicone with cohesive failure dependent on fabric substrate and silicone coating type, coat weight and assembly method.
- Cure is influenced by ambient temperature and humidity.
