PRIMAL™ HA-12S Water-Borne Binder

An all acrylic dispersion that very efficiently plasticizes unetherified melamine and urea resins used in the manufacture of flexible finished foils for furniture or other uses. This gives a distinct balance of properties when blended with amino resins. This blend produces a finished foil with excellent flexibility and toughness, good surface appearance and good gluing/topcoating capabilities.
