Qué es DOWSIL™ TC-7006 Thermal Gum?
One-part, 7.5 W/mK thermal gum with room temperature storage. It is designed to deliver efficient thermal management for electronic modules, and good long-term reliability in applications where no extra heat curing step is needed during manufacturing.
