有机硅凝胶将液体的压力释放和自行恢复的特性与弹性体的尺寸稳定性结合起来。有机硅灌封胶固化时收缩率极小,不含溶剂,不产生固化副产物,有助于最大限度地提高加工效率,同时降低成本。敷形涂料有助于保护电路不受恶劣环境的影响,同时又能为元件和连接维持一个低应力环境。
