如何选择有机硅

在灌封解决方案中,我们的有机硅密封剂通过消除聚氨酯所需的预热步骤,帮助降低PCB系统的装配成本。为了更快地灌封,我们提供简单的室温固化材料,可在50°F的温度下将固化时间缩短至20分钟。

在现场,我们的无溶剂和低VOC敷形涂料解决方案可以保护电子元件免受季节变化、强烈阳光和其他产生重复热循环和机械应力的环境因素的影响。不同于丙烯酸方案,我们的有机硅可以轻松加工,不会产生延长周期时间和降低涂料质量的残留水分。

对于各种基材的无底漆粘合,我们的有机硅粘合剂和密封剂提供简单的室温固化,可加速固化时间。它们可以经常暴露于强烈的电场、极端的湿度以及-45°C至200°C的温度下。
