オイルサンド採掘の環境への影響を削減 

持続可能性に重大な難題を突きつけるオイルサンドですが、回収可能なハイドロカーボンの規模ゆえに地球上における最大の資源の一つでもあります。この広大な資源の持続可能性の改善に向けてオイルサンド業界は引き続き取り組んでいますが、採掘・採取が環境に与える負荷を大幅に削減するためには新たなイノベーションが必要になります。

ダウのイノベーションへの取り組みは、採掘およびin-situ採取の経済性および環境性能の向上に資するものであり、以下のニーズに応えることができます: 

  • スチーム・コンフォーマンス・コントロールやSOR改善のために開発された水蒸気泡添加剤ELEVATE™を使用することで、スチーム補助重力排油法(SAGD)、水蒸気循環刺激法(CSS)および水蒸気攻法による回収能力を改善し、水蒸気要件を低下させることが可能 
  • Accent™スケール防止剤や高温剥離剤による、ESPやスクリーンに付着した鉱物スケールに起因するダウンタイムの縮小 
  • Demtrol™抗乳化剤とRomax™水浄化装置による油水分離の向上 
  • ダウの凝集剤を使用したより経済的な鉱山尾鉱の沈殿処理およびリサイクル用上水の放出の促進
