VORANOL™ VORACTIV™ 6340 Polyol

A catalytically active, high functionality capped polyol. Its high molecular weight, functionality, high primary hydroxyl content, and inherent catalytic activity make it well suited for high-resilience, flexible molded foams. These foams may be made utilizing TDI, TDI/MDI blends, or all-MDI isocyanate compositions. This product may also be used in conjunction with copolymer polyols to make high loadbearing and dual hardness foams. It can also be used for a broad range of semi-flexible molded foam applications. The product is more reactive than traditional polyols and will allow for a substantial reduction in catalyst levels.
