VORANATE™ CIR M 600 Polymeric MDI

A dark-brown, intermediate viscosity polymethylene polyphenylisocyanate of high reactivity, a total isocyanate content of about 30.3% and an average functionality of 2.85. It was specifically designed for use in the production of both PUR and PIR (continuous and discontinuous) block foams. The slightly higher functionality and intermediate viscosity of this as compared with VORANATE™ M 580 also makes it ideal for certain continuous and discontinuous laminating processes. The increased functionality promotes improved foam cure, excellent strength properties and better dimensional stabilities. By introducing circular feedstocks into our production, Dow produces VORANATE™ CIR M 600 Polymeric MDI featuring Renuva™ with up to 60% ISCC PLUS certified recycled material attributed through mass balance.
