VORAFORCE™ TP 1210 Isocyanate

In combination with VORAFORCE™ TP 1275 Polyol and TM 3700 Additive it delivers a 3-component Polyurethane system used for the manufacturing of composites by pultrusion process. The resin system is designed to have excellent wetting of reinforcements, fast reaction kinetics and low pull forces while providing good surface quality at accelerated line speeds. Due to its very low initial viscosity, this system is specifically suitable to produce carbon fiber reinforced structural profiles. The system is free of silicones and waxes, therefore post-process operations like gluing, painting or plating can normally be performed without previous treatment of the pultruded bars. Together with the polyol and the isocyanate, the internal mold release agent VORAFORCE™ TM3700 is provided.
