VORAFORCE™ TH 1400 Isocyanate

Used in combination with VORAFORCE™ TH 1450 Polyol to deliver a two-component polyurethane system designed for use in the manufacturing of composite laminated sheets via continuous or discontinuous process or with addition of VORAFORCE™ TC 4500 catalyst as 3rd component to manufacture composite via injection applications like light-RTM. This low viscosity resin system offers excellent wetting of reinforcements, good hydrophobicity and long open time providing good surface quality with normal humidity condition. It is well suited for laminated sheets where superior toughness and durability are required allowing excellent adhesion to PVC substrates. The system is ideally processed with low pressure metering machines.
