什么 UCON™ Quenchant RL?
A nonflammable polymeric quenchant, it is an aqueous solutions of a liquid organic polymer and a corrosion inhibitor, the organic polymer is soluble in water and produces a homogenous solution.

- Single-bath concentrations of polymer that operate over the range of thin and heavy wrought, cast, and/or forged aluminum alloys for maximum physicals with low distortion
- Non-ferrous metals such as titanium alloys, beryllium-copper, and bronzes
- Large alloy parts from tilt-top, car-bottom and pit furnaces
- Forged parts
- Sensitive alloys and shapes heated by induction
- Parts processed from continuous and batch-furnace operations employing gas-fired, neutral, and carburizing-carbonitriding atmospheres requiring oil quenching rates
