ISONATE 143LP 改性 MDI 是一种聚碳化二亚胺改性的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯。该产品在室温下为液体,即使在 75°F (24°C) 温度条件下也具有低粘度和良好的储存稳定性。聚碳化二亚胺加合物提供了额外的灵活性,因为加合物的形成是可逆的(离解产生额外的异氰酸酯官能团)。碳化二亚胺键有助于聚合物的稳定,可防止水解降解。因为既可单独使用也可与预聚物混合使用,该产品的高官能度提供了比线性预聚物一般水平更快的脱模时间。高改性 MDI 含量、可用碳化二亚胺和液态特性的独特组合使该产品易于操作和加工,并可在剧烈磨损和恶劣环境条件下保持高物理性能。
