轻量化

用于碳纤维或玻璃纤维复合材料组件的环氧树脂可减轻重量,增加零件集成度,提高材料和加工的效率。它是一种革命性的环氧树脂配方,由树脂、硬化剂和内部脱模剂组成,主要用于通过高压树脂传递模塑或湿压缩进行碳纤维复合材料生产。

这些环氧树脂的超低加工粘度实现了较短的灌注时间和出色的纤维润湿性能,与金属溶液相比,可以带来优异的最终复合材料性能和大幅减重。这种低粘度优势还可降低填充压力和夹持力,即使在纤维含量高的零件中也不会牺牲流动长度或纤维润湿。

零件整合

陶氏的环氧树脂非常适合生产具有极大零件整合潜力的大型复合材料零件,有助于减少零件数量,从而降低装配成本。超快速模具内固化时间可进一步降低成本,适合单台冲压机生产大批量零件。根据工艺需要,环氧树脂的多功能性使得可以轻松调整注入和固化曲线,使模塑周期时间达到30至180秒。
