VERSENE Chelants Announce Price Increase Effective October 1, 2005

Midland, MI - August 31, 2005

Effective October 1, 2005, or as contracts allow, Dow Chelants will increase list and off-list prices in the US by $0.05 USD/lb. on all grades and forms of the following products:

  • VERSENE* 100
  • VERSENE 100 XL
  • VERSENE 100 LN
  • VERSENE 100 EP
  • VERSENEX* 80
  • VERSENOL* 120
  • VERSENE DIAMMONIUM EDTA
  • VERSENE TETRAAMMONIUM EDTA

Effective immediately, maximum monthly purchases may be held to 100% of year-to-date monthly averages or to contract quantities, whichever is less.

These price actions are necessary to restore margins to acceptable levels and continue meeting your product supply requirements.
