REVOLOOP™ Post-Consumer Recyclate (PCR) grades	All new direct and indirect customers and/or new applications require business and product stewardship approval prior to sampling or sales.
Silicone - all grades containing chlorosilanes	All Silicone products, which contain chlorosilanes as a component, require product stewardship approval via an EH&S risk review. Although ultimate responsibility for the safe handling and use of Dow products resides with its customers, as a condition of sample or sale, Dow will assess and periodically review the capabilities and procedures of potential and existing customers to determine their ability to safely unload and store chlorosilanes. We will not ship these materials to facilities that do not meet our minimum requirements for safe handling and storage. Dow will provide hazard, risk, and handling information to our customers and carriers that allow for the safe use and transport of these materials.
Silicone - all grades containing silicon-hydrogen (SiH)	All Silicone products, which contain silicon-hydrogen (SiH) as a component at defined levels, require the customer to complete a verification form around safe handling of the material. SiH materials have an order block that are removed after customer verification.
Silicone 200 Fluids - all grades in the centistokes range of 100cs – 12,500cs	Dow silicone 200 Fluids, in the centistokes range of 100cs – 12,500cs, in container sizes less than 15 kg. No samples or sales of any quantity of restricted fluids may be made to the entities listed below unless there is approval by product stewardship and an appropriately completed acknowledgement and declaration is obtained certifying that the product will not be used for human injection. Entities to whom sales and samples of Restricted Fluids are prohibited, unless reviewed and approved by appropriate product steward: 1. Individuals (e.g., Mr. John T. Smith) 2. Doctors (e.g., Dr. Mary Jones, names followed by “M.D.” or “D.O.”, “D.V.M.” or “V.M.D.”) 3. Groups of doctors (e.g., The Physician’s Practice, The Surgeon’s Association) 4. Companies with names indicating medical, surgical or healthcare affiliations (e.g., Surgical Specialties, Inc., Medical Enhancements Co.) 5. Universities - unless the request is accompanied by a research protocol that clearly identifies the intended use of the fluid is for applications other than for injection into humans.
SYNALOX™	Animal feed and pet food Any application involving aerosol, mist or spray requires EH&S risk review prior to potential use/commercial sale. UCAR™ Deicing Fluid	All Dow aircraft deicing fluid customers require product stewardship approval via an EH&S risk review. Although ultimate responsibility for the safe handling and use of Dow products resides with its customers, as a condition of sample or sale, Dow will assess and periodically review the existing customers are following SAE standards. Customers not following SAE Standards will not be supplied product.
UCAR™ Heat Transfer Fluids	Applications with potential for release to environment (e.g., fishnet coating, dust control). Direct Food Contact For drinking water contact applications, products are subject to restrictions. Indirect Food Contact Sales into agricultural applications (e.g., seed coatings) require an EH&S risk review. Toys or other uses specifically aimed at children
UCON™ Lubricants and Fluids	Aircraft hydraulic fluids Animal feed and pet food Any application involving aerosol, mist or spray requires EH&S risk review prior to potential use/commercial sale.
