CARBOWAX™ PEGs are widely used in the ceramics industry as plasticizers, binders and carriers. PEGs are designed to easily and smoothly be distributed throughout the ceramic mass, providing good internal and external lubrication and improved green strength. They have low toxicity, good water solubility to improve equipment cleanup, and smooth, clean burnout during firing operations.
