The Carbon Footprint Ledger (CFL) methodology is based on current Product Carbon Footprint standards and industry guidelines.

We’re helping our customers meet their Scope 3 targets by providing low-carbon products enabled by our decarbonization efforts. Low-carbon product footprints are calculated using the CFL methodology, which is based on current Product Carbon Footprint standards, such as ISO14067 and the GHG Protocol Product Standard, and industry guidelines. Our CFL methodology also leverages principles of chain-of-custody mechanisms, such as renewable energy credits, sustainable aviation fuel certificates, and mass-balancing for bio/recycled content.
