Welcome

The name ValuePark® stands for the industrial park concept developed by Dow Olefinverbund GmbH. This is more than just a generic term for a loose syndicate of companies sharing an industrial park, because all the Dow partners operating at ValuePark® are integrated into our extensive material flow system, the supply and production chains and, of course, our joint service and safety management system.

When we talk of "synergy" and "networks", we mean the tangible added value both for the companies who have relocated here and for Dow. Essentially, this added value is generated by the major user principle, a principle under which Dow, as the owner, operates ValuePark® and handles the organization of the whole infrastructure and all services. This principle has immense advantages for all partners: the medium-sized companies that have relocated her benefit in terms of product quality, delivery reliability or specific services from collaborating with one of the world´s largest chemical companies. And, of course, our partners also benefit from the excellent links Dow has forged over many years of successful cooperation with the surrounding districts and the key decision makers in politics, industry and commerce.

Our aim is to facilitate the on site production of high-quality products from our raw materials in close cooperation with specialized companies.
