DOWSIL™ CE-1688 Emulsion

​It's a MIT free large particle size non-ionic emulsion which the internal phase including Dimethicone and Amodimethicone. It can be used in shampoo and rinse off conditioner appliaction and can provide superior wet/dry combing performance. The INCI name is Dimethicone (and) Amodimethicone (and) Laureth-23 (and) Polyquaternium-10 (and) Laureth-4.
