  • 过氧化苯甲酰催化剂通常用于开发 PSA性能。

  • 使用98%过氧化苯甲酰可获得最一致的效果,使用10%过氧化物的甲苯溶液可以最好地完全混合过氧化物和粘合剂。

  • 浴液应当混合后一天内使用,因为过氧化物在溶剂中会迅速失去活性。

  • 根据粘合剂固体,过氧化物浓度可在 0.5%至3.0%之间变化。

  • 增加过氧化物浓度会降低粘性和粘合强度,但会增加固化涂层的内聚强度。

  • 充分混合是必要的,以在成品中获得稳定的性能。

  • 固化粘合剂是两步工艺,需要采用梯级温度。

  • 需要添加铂催化剂才能开发PSA属性。
  • 浴液应在添加催化剂后6小时内使用。
  • 粘合剂可在低温(80°C,176°F)的通风连续涂层烘箱中固化。
  • 在柔性基材上,典型的固化速度从125°C(257°F)时的1分钟到100°C(212°F)时的2分钟不等。
  • 改变催化剂含量对固化粘合剂的粘着性、粘合性或内聚强度几乎没有影响。
