BETAFOAM™ Polyurethane Foams for Improved Acoustics, Safety and Sealing
BETAFOAM™ polyurethane foams manage noise, vibration and harshness; provide increased structural support; and help seal out the cabin against road and engine noise and dust. BETAFOAM™ Renue helps meet sustainability goals with 25 percent renewable soy-based low-emission MDI. This is a lighter-weight solution and results in a potential mass savings of up to 30 percent depending on cavity size.
BETAFOAM™ polyurethane foams can be used wherever cavity sealing or stiffening is required, including:

SPECFLEX™ Polyurethane Systems for Better Interior Foams
All SPECFLEX™ polyurethane systems are water-blown, containing no CFCs or other known ozone-depleting substances. SPECFLEX products can be formulated to accommodate different blowing technologies and depending on the final application and the production specifications, as well as national and international laws and regulations.
SPECFLEX™ allows foam makers to completely eliminate the addition of catalysts when manufacturing polyurethane foam and eliminate amine emissions. It helps meet VOC and odor requirements including aging physical and mechanical properties for automotive interiors.

VORANOL™ Polyether Polyols for More Sustainable Foam Shape Options
VORANOL™ polyether polyols allow for increased complexity of part design because of excellent foam flowability and better compression-set properties than other low volatile organic compound (VOC) emission foam types, helping improve foam shape memory after compression. VORANOL can also help reduce VOC emissions from molded foams by as much as 50 percent, aiding in the reduction of windshield fogging, PVC staining and polycarbonate degradation and is right for manufacturing low- to high-density foams.
