Ghana 2013

In a new twist on talent development, 36 Dow employees from 24 countries applied their expertise and passion to address some of the world's most pressing problems in Accra, Ghana, Africa. The employees spent five months virtually consulting with seven partnered NGO's and one week in-country to implement projects addressing issues related to agriculture, housing, education and access to clean water.
