David Stenhouse, is the Business Process Expert for NEA Quality Management Team and is responsible for:

  • Responsible for QM core team support during EMEA forward deployment- Responsible for Milestone 4/5 data readiness migration of the Inspection Plan Data
  • Responsible for increasing the efficiency and accuracy of the Inspection Plan data loads throughout the milestones
  • Leading the new QM design for Bomlitz
  • Leading Quality for the cutover simulation for MS4
  • APQ Core Team Lead for MS5 User Acceptance Testing

Previous responsibilities in this role include:

  • QM core team lead for Australia in Milestone 3 implementation of NEA
  • POPG and Basics business core team lead for Latin America in Milestone 2 implementation of NEA
  • Quality Lead for DMC business implementation of NEA in milestone 1 (hROH)

Prior to being named Plant Chemist for DMC business:

  • Responsible for all Chemistry issues on Jarrow Site
  • Responsible for Quality issues for both CMIT and OIT plants including fate decisions for out of specification products (Dow equivalent role - Quality Coordinator)
  • Responsible for BOM and Master Recipes for Bulks and Formulations in SAP
  • Responsible for Quality set-up and Maintenance in SAP
  • ISO9001 Internal Quality Auditor
  • Responsible for Customer Quality complaints and queries for EMEA and APAC (Dow equivalent role – Quality System Specialist)
  • Member of Global specification team
  • Provide Chemistry input to all EHS reviews, HAZOP/LOPA studies. Includes HAZOP set-up and scribe for risk analyst.

Prior to being named Plant Support Chemist for biocides plants on Jarrow site

  • Dow equivalent roles are Run Plant Engineer and Research Development Chemist
  • Responsible for resolving any day to day process issues.
  • Perform all process and development lab work required at plant
