Translucent, 30% active, pourable cationic microemulsion of cross-linked OH polydimethylsiloxane internal phase. Recommended for use as a general purpose release agent and lubricant, a release agent for hot asphalt from truckbeds, a spray starch additive, an additive for automotive and household polishes and a fabric softener agent for rinse cycle.

Uses:

General purpose release agent and lubricant

Benefits:

Effective at low concentrations
No solvent fumes
Oil phase consists of high viscosity polydimethylsiloxane
The small particle size of the microemulsion provides good dilution stability, and can improve the wetting out onto a surface, providing a more consistent coating
As a release agent, the high viscosity polymer can contribute to improved release
As an additive in automotive and household polishes, including vinyl and tire dressings, the high viscosity fluid can provide excellent gloss
Oil phase withstands molding temperatures (no smoking, breakdown, carbonization, build-up on molds and dies)
The product is slightly hazy as supplied and may be diluted to nearly translucent
